​Registration for Environment Display

 Attention Environment groups from the region
You’re invited to set up a display at the
 Mission Beach Community Cassowary Festival 
 
 Saturday 4  September 2021

 Ulysses Park , Porter Promenade, Mission Beach village

You’ll be alongside other nature-themed stallholders
There will be a beachside marquee and stage with guest speakers, live music, performances, competitions; etc.
We are expecting a large number of visitors ​so the day will be a great chance to share knowledge and promote your organisation and the work you do.

Sites are free for nonprofit organisations 

Sites are 3m x 3m
Limited number of powered sites
(Please let us know early if you require power) 
​Bring your own marquee, table and chairs.
​Materials you might bring include posters, brochures, exhibits, membership forms, etc. 

Display holders may offer items for sale, subject to the following conditions:

• Items are made or produced by the display holder.
• Items or services promote ecologically sustainable wildlife tourism and/or wildlife protection.
• Sustainable packaging please
• All stall holders are required to be insured. Please let us know if you require assistance.

Not-for-profit display holders may receive donations and membership fees on the day.
