Activities for everyone to celebrate nature
through art, music and science at Ulysses Park, Porter Promenade, Mission Beach from 9am - 4pm Saturday 21 September (See program)
Groups or individuals working with the natural environment, particularly wildlife will be sharing knowledge about the work they do. Market stalls with products and produce from the region innovative sustainable designs The fun colourful event will be held at a beach side location with a marquee and stage hosting; Guest speakers, Music all day The whole community, young and old, is encouraged to join in a host of activities including; Visiting the 'Gunduy Midja' The spectacular 'Drumming of Cassowaries' parade featuring life size cassowary and wildlife sculptures. 'Wasted Art' installation by David White Lots of Art & Craft activities including the 'Stripey's Tent From 9am
